Bill couldn't let Donna miss out on all the fun so he found a woman with hands full of chalk (the one walking away on the left). He put his arm around her shoulder and walked her to Donna, pointed, and said 'Do her!'. Then Bill and Washington (laughing on the right) held Donna's arms and the woman did her stuff. We think she did a great job!
